Moe came highly recommended to us by a woman who was the contact for the sub-division home association. She had hired Moe to sell her own mother's home and was incredibly pleased with Moe's performance and overall service. The initial comparative analysis material Moe put together for our 1st meeting was incredibly thorough, very professional & beautiful. Moe took the time to educate me on the selling process, explained the difference between how buyers and sellers think, and I greatly appreciated his suggestions on what he thought we should do to improve/enhance the sell-ability of the property. I very much appreciated his honesty and pro-active approach. He is very tech savvy, and has also built a network of reliable vendor contacts for things you may need to do to your property to prepare to sell it. He went beyond the call of duty to be there at the property for me to open up for appointments, when my traveling from out of state from Wisconsin would have been a real hardship for me. I was relocating from San Diego to the North Chicago area and was connected to Moe through my employers relocation contractor. Really was a stroke of good luck as the pandemic had just hit high gear and I wasn't allowed to make a home finding trip. Not ever having been to Illinois, I was unfamiliar with the area/school districts. Thankfully, Moe is very experienced with out of town clients and would send video tours (with candid observations!) of the houses he visited. He helped guide me through the offer process and negotiate a great price on the perfect home. His team worked hard to close on the house within my moving time-frame.
